We will happily exchange (subject to stock availability) or refund your order within ten (10) days of purchase subject to the following consumer guarantee:

–  the item is unworn, unwashed, unused;
– the item is in the original condition with all tags intact; and
– the item is returned in the same packaging.

We further advise that you will be responsible to fund return shipping costs. If you seek a refund, the original cost for your item will be refunded to your account, not including shipping costs. If you seek an exchange, please note that you will also fund the additional costs for shipping.  We confirm that if the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original item, then you will be afforded a partial refund of the difference in price. Please contact us at customerservice@dettaandrach.com and notify us of either your refund or exchange. We will in turn then provide you with our returns information package.

Please be advised that there is no refund or exchange on Sale items. Sale items are final and cannot be returned other than in the event of them being faulty. 

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid error, so please get in touch with us at the above mentioned email address or if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the nominated 10 day return timeframe, or in a state which indicates that it has been worn or washed in any way, including any mark or make-up marks, will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange. Detta & Rach reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

Shipping rates and charges

Free shipping will apply to all orders within Australia and for customers who select “Standard Shipping.” If you select express shipping within Australia a flat fee of $5.95 will apply in addition to the purchase price.

Free Shipping will apply to all orders to New Zealand, for orders over $75. If your order is less than $75, a flat shipping rate of $15.00AUD will apply.

Free Shipping will apply to all International Countries for orders over $280. If your order is less than $280, a flat shipping rate of $30.00AUD will apply.

 

Estimated Delivery/Transit

For all orders within Australia, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered and for Rural areas, please allow up to 10 business days.

For all international orders, please allow 2 – 3 weeks for your order to arrive. This may alter and is subject to relevant customs processing checks in any given country. Please also note the above shipping rates do not account for any customs charges/fees applicable in your country.

During the COVID-19 pandemic we ask that you please allow a reasonable time for your order to be delivered to you, noting overall shipping delays domestically and internationally. Rest assured, we will update you regarding progress of your order.

We ask that you please allow up to 24 hours to process your order once placed (Monday to Friday). Detta & Rach send an initial order confirmation however this email is not confirmation that your item has been shipped. You will receive separate shipping information from our respective carriers concerning shipment. If you place an order over the weekend and/or public holidays, your order will be processed the next business day. During sale periods and public holidays, processing times may vary and may take up to 3 business days – excluding standard shipping times as detailed above.

Please note the above mentioned transit times are estimates only and can be influenced by circumstances beyond Detta & Rach and our respective carriers control. Such circumstances that can cause delay may include customs, quarantine processing guidelines, long weekends, public holidays, Christmas and Easter periods. Detta & Rach do not guarantee transit times or represent transit times will be achieved.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your shipment notification. This will include your tracking number as provided by our carrier.
You are able to track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier’s website.

Detta & Rach use Australia Post and DHL as our carriers. We may use other carriers from time to time to ensure that your products are delivered as efficiently as possible. Separate tracking notifications (where possible) will be provided.

Terms and Conditions

Please be advised that we may require a signature on delivery of some orders. This may be dependent upon the area or type of location the products are to be delivered.

Upon obtaining your signature, you as the customer will then be responsible for the goods. If you arrange for any person to accept those goods on your behalf, this in of itself constitutes evidence of the delivery being fulfilled and accepted, and as such liability then passes to and is transferred from that moment on to the person accepting those goods on your behalf and you as the customer by extension. Detta & Rach hold no liability in the above circumstances.

In the event you do not receive your order and it is returned to sender, you will be notified to arrange a re-shipment/delivery of your initial order. The additional costs to reship the order will not be the responsibility of Detta & Rach and will be charged to you as the customer.

In the event you do not wish to have the order redelivered, if a shipping fee was applied to your order at first instance, this will not be refunded.  Furthermore, any charge applicable to return the order to our headquarters will be deducted from the refund, if the refund is applicable to your order.

Our standard practice is to ensure that all orders are subject to quality control checks and review prior to shipment by our packing team. Please also note however that Detta & Rach are stockists of other brands and products and as such, packaging and quality control checks remain the responsibility of those independent brands, who may or may not apply those quality control checks. Detta & Rach are not accountable or liable for those independent brands.

In circumstances where your order is damaged, or if there is an item missing from your order, please notify our Customer Service Team with your Order Number and they will attend to the matter.

If you receive your parcel and it appears significantly damaged, opened, ripped, please do not open the package and notify our Customer Service team straight away.  If in the event you do not accept the delivery, please notify our Customer Service Team, as the parcel will be returned to us. If possible, please provide photographic evidence of the parcel upon delivery. Upon receipt of the parcel, we will contact you to schedule reshipment once we have applied quality control checks to our products.

Please be advised: Detta & Rach do not cover any additional duties, customs or taxes applied to orders in your given country/state. These costs are not calculated in the purchase costing, or shipping cost for any order and are at the sole expense of the receivers/customers.
